Serenidee & Wellness LLC offers yoga, meditation, and Reiki services to support mental wellness. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their health and any limitations before participating in our services. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate in yoga, meditation, or Reiki sessions.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is required before services are rendered. Class cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to receive a refund. Late cancellations may result in a fee. If the teacher cancels class due to inclement weather or illnesses, you may request a refund within 48 hours or choose to reschedule for an upcoming session.

Confidentiality

Serenidee & Wellness LLC respects the confidentiality of all client information shared during sessions. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the space, instructors and other clients, if any. Any inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the session without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Serenidee & Wellness LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participating in our services. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their well-being during sessions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.

Changes to Terms

Serenidee & Wellness LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
