Who Am I?

My name is Padee, or Paj Dib in HMong, and I’m the heart behind this holistic practice offering yoga and Reiki as pathways to healing, self-connection, and inner peace.

Before I stepped into this work, I came from a creative background, immersed in the graphic design world. Life, however, had other plans for me — it gently (and at times, not so gently) nudged me toward a different kind of creation: one rooted in healing, embodiment, and mental wellness.

Like many of those I now support, I’ve lived through my own share of challenges. I’ve experienced the weight of complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and struggled deeply with how I viewed and treated my body. These aren’t just topics I’ve studied — they are chapters of my own story.

Yoga and Reiki were lifelines for me. They offered not only relief, but a sense of coming home to myself. Through these practices, I learned to move with gentleness, to breathe through discomfort, and to reconnect with the parts of me that had been silenced or hidden by trauma.

I don’t believe in forcing or fixing — I believe in meeting you where you are, and walking with you toward where you want to go.
